Just this pandemic when discovered kalimba and manage to play basic songs on kalimba app. I’m wondering when will I get a real kalimba but discovered giveaways on online pages. With that I joined giveaways but the odds will not always be in our favor. Then I won once and I believe that it was God’s prefect timing! Year-end giveaway of All About Kalimba (AAK) group when I unexpectedly won. I happily got my first ever budget kalimba, I love it and immediately tried playing. Luckily there are no dead tines. Boredom really sucks on quarantine but I really love arts and music so everytime I get bored I either sketch or play kalimba.
Quickly a year passed since the pandemic starts. It brought us many trials but we shouldn’t lose hope. Good thing there are things that makes us forget life’s burden once in a while and for me that’s Kalimba. Music relieves stress, it helped me this quarantine. For others who’s struggling, facing emotional breakdowns, We can rely in God’s promises and a little bit of music. Let us not forget that there are reason for everything. This pandemic will eventually end, All of it will end in God’s time. Let us not lose hope, keep moving forward. And why not enjoy staying at home while learning new skills and taking a little time of relaxation while playing a kalimba or listening to a Kalimba music.
