Started learning music very early, Congfei has been playing the violin since he was six years old and the guitar since he was thirteen years old, but he did not choose to enter art school. “Before University Entrance Exam, I told myself that no matter what major I study in university, I will keep learning and playing music.”Luckily he was enrolled in digital music major, which enabled him to continue his music adventure. He even felt that it is predestined and he was one step closer to dream. Since 2010, Congfei studied music systematically, including composing, arrangement, audio mixing and recording, etc. He obtained Intermediate Recoding Engineering National Certificate in 2012, but he found himself more interested in arrangement, so he concentrates on it and studied with Xuezhou Wang, keyboardist of TV show Avenue of Stars. Hard work pays off. In 2014 he published the first rearranged Xinjiang folksong album, and it was a great hit in local community. His works brought new lives to old songs. Every attempt and success brings his dream closer to reality. Maybe it is predestined that he will devote himself to music for all his life.

Being a digital music major, a lot of music lovers gather around him and they are all very enthusiastic about singing and playing music. He joined two bands in college with his rock fan roommates. They brought the atmosphere to boiling point in every performance, the most exciting time one audience even jumped on the stage and took microphone from him to sing.

Congfei is still full of excitement when recalling these times when he was all for music and dreams. Their energy and enthusiasm towards music moved and inspired so many people. He was vocal and keyboardist at the same time, now his role has changed and he does more arrangement. He work with Yuli Studio to compose and arrange songs for singers. He said that to be frankly he prefers arrangement than actually singing and performing in a band, but as long as it is about the music he would enjoy it. From foreground to background, his role changed but his young music-loving heart will never change. Congfei Wei joined Piano Tiles 2 team in 2014 and officially joined Cheetah Mobile in July. He is responsible for music composing and arrangement. Many Piano Tiles 2 fans expressed how much they like Blue stone alley in ratings, some of them even played the song with the piano and upload to YouTube etc.
4:Congfei’s inspiration would never dry out and he would never stop writing. He has published six original songs and they were released through iTunes, Spotify, Netease Music and were uploaded to YouTube: Bluestone alley, Forest Of Blocks, Aurora, Falling Faling, Berenice, and Piano Tiles.
