  • Honestly speaking, I only start playing kalimba last year. So basically, I am 21 at that time.

  • I only learned playing by watching on YouTube. I just search for the chords, and then I will try to play it, and practice it for improvement.

  • It's my love for the music. I really love the music that was created by a kalimba and I just realized one-day, what if— I am the one playing it on my own. And that's is I buy the cheapest kalimba I saw, and try to practice to do my own music.

  • It's "WUJI", the theme song of my favorite traditional costume series in China "The Untamed." It was a nice piece to master. The time and effort you'll invest in this piece is worth it. I'll recommend this piece to everybody.

  • I only know how to play gabang, lyre, and kalimba.

  • April Yang. I saw her on YouTube, and she plays a lot of instruments. I love her music, her YouTube channel hepls me to relax, and it is also where I what video for my personal learnings too.

  • I love playing volleyball, and watching drama series too, boys love and Chinese costume drama to be exact. HAHAHA

  • Practice and practice and practice and practice...
Because practice makes perfect. Watch a lot of tutorials on YouTube, TikTok and other sites. But the very most important advice is love what you're doing, because if you love what you do everything will follows.
