The sole reason why I wanted to play Kalimba was to heal a soul. I first heard “Always With Me” by April Yang. After listening to some Kalimba music, I felt a strange tranquility. Since then, it has been my go-to music whenever I have a rough day. But what made me really want to learn Kalimba was when one of my friends, who was going through a hard time then, wanted to play Kalimba. So I joined her. It was also a way for me to communicate with her, know that she’s okay and to convey she’s not alone. We first played “A Thousand Years” played by Simple Kalimba. The joy it made us feel when we can finally play one! Kalimbatabs had been a great place to learn new ones. And so, I want to join this giveaway. To be able to have a great Kalimba instrument and learn better. Kalimba is not only pleasing to the ears but also calming to the heart and soul.
