They say music is one of the best stress reliever. Music touches everyone’s soul. Music could also be everyone’s companion to every battles, problems and even in isolation. Some people wanted to be all along but depends with a music to hear. In connection to the current situation of our lives right now, isolation is one of the facts to be considered. Being alone because you’re a patient, especially a covid patient is really a sad thing. Because you will be alone and not every time can mingle to others even to be with your loved ones. Why not have a hobby of playing Kalimba. The Kalimba would be of great help. Kalimba is a stress reliever instrument, as it releases calming tones, and calms your mind at the same time. Having a habbit of playing Kalimba, playing your favorite songs, showing your skills and passion in music and being positive spreading good vibes through the music you plays, is one of the best feeling. Playing Kalimba can also be a “thank you” or simple appreciation to our nurses and other front liners who never gets tired taking care of the people and especially the patients. Also, as for the patient himself would lessen the anxiety or stress the isolation brings, because there’s something they can put their attention to. Things might be hard for now, but if we chose to have a brighter side, fighting and striving for the better, we can overcome any circumstances in life.
