- God gave me you, because everytime I hear this song or everytime I’m listening to this song it reminds me of how lucky I am to have him. He’s the one who can make me feel safe and secured. I thank god a lot of what I have right now, including him. Since grade six I am a fan of this song and that’s because of Alden and Maine. And I never imagined that ‘god game me you’ will also going be our theme song. Then the lyrics is beautiful and everyone can relate. I must say that ‘God Gave Me You’ is already a part of me, a part of us.
