I was 18 years old when I started playing kalimba.

I learned kalimba through youtube videos by myself. I didn't have a teacher. It's not that hard for me to learn the kalimba because I also play other instruments.

Ate Sadrah Araja, Karina Javier, and Tip's kalimba inspired me to learn how to play the kalimba. I also pushed myself to learn because I really love the sound of it. I was also inspired how to play the kalimba because of my kalimba family which is All About Kalimba (AAK)

10,000 reasons (Bless the Lord) was the very first piece that I learned.

Aside from kalimba, I have 3 other instruments and they are piano, guitar, and ukelele.

Ate Sandrah Araja, Karina Javier, Tip's Kalimba, Jorell Prospero, and Albert Gyorfi are the musicians that I admire because I really love the way how passionate they are when they play their instruments. I also loved that they gave free tabs in their pieces which gives me inspiration and courage to learn a new song with my kalimba and other instruments.
