  I started playing kalimba when I was 16 years old po.

• How did you learn to play kalimba? Did you have a teacher?:

  Naalala ko po noon, pagkabukas ko ng kalimba agad ko pong tinignan yung tabs ni ate Karina Javier na naka-download sa cp ko. Tinignan ko po yung tabs niya na 'yon, sinundan ko po hanggang sa ako ay natuto.

• What inspired you to learn how to play the kalimba?:

  Ate Karina Javier inspired me to play kalimba. Dahil sa kanya po, nagustuhan kong matutong magkalimba. Also ate Sandrah Arajah, ate Jennina Pascual, and ate Robin.

• What was the first piece you learned?:

  Oceans by Hillsong United using ate Karina's tabs.

• How many instruments do you play and what are they?:

  I played three instruments like guitar, ukulele, and kalimba.

• Which famous musicians do you admire? Why?:

  Ate Moira dela Torre po, I admire her because di lamang siya kumakanta para sa mga tao kundi para rin papurihan ang Panginoon. I like the way she's bringing back all the glory to God. The way she sings, makes me calmed.

• Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of music?:

  I like planting vegetables po in our garden. Gusto ko rin pong i-try ang pagccrochet.

• If you could give someone learning the kalimba a piece of advice that helped you the most, what would it be?:

  If will ni Lord na matuto ka sa isang bagay, ibibigay Niya 'yan. God knows the desire of our hearts. If gusto mo talagang gawin ang isang bagay, He will give you the wisdom and strength that comes to Him. Always do your best. Huwag hanggang umpisa lamang, dapat desidido kang pag-aralan ang isang bagay. Mararanasan mong magkamali, pero hindi ibig sabihin non ay susuko ka na. Ang pagkakamali na iyong nagawa ang siyang magiging gabay upang ika'y mahasa.
